Spring Player Evals Set for Feb 11th and 13th

2/10/23 Update:

Evaluations for Bull City LL's spring season will proceed as planned on Saturday.

Time slots run from 10 am-4 pm. Sign up here

Tee Ball/Rookie players DO NOT need come to evaluations unless they want to be considered for machine pitch.

The weather forecast for Sunday remains poor.  BCLL is moving its Sunday session to Monday night.

Softball players should come to BCLL between 5:30-7 pm.

Seniors baseball and makeup evaluations will take place between 7-9 pm.

There is no Signup Genius for Monday night.  Please come during the designated times.

Finally, BCLL is collecting used baseball and softball equipment during evals.  BCLL is looking for the following items that are in good condition: pants; belts; cleats; bats (USA baseball or 1.20 BPF softball), gloves, training gear.  BCLL will then host a fundraiser this spring where all items will be reasonably priced and proceeds go directly to the league.  Please note that BCLL is not accepting batting gloves, socks or shirts.

What if I have siblings of different ages who need to attend evaluations?

If you need all siblings to attend at the same time, please sign up all siblings to attend during the oldest sibling's time frame.

What if I am unable to attend at my player’s scheduled time?

We can keep traffic and wait times to a minimum when players sign up for a slot during their scheduled time frame and arrive during that slot. However, it is important your player(s) participate in evaluations, so there is a make-up time frame available on February 13 from 7-9 pm.

What do I do when I arrive?

  1. Check-in at the concession stand.  Your player will receive a sticker to wear with their name and other relevant evaluation information.

  2. Make sure to participate in each skill station.  Your players sticker will outline the stations they need to attend. You may rotate stations in the order you choose.  Once your player has completed each station, they are finished!
