Oldest BCLL baseball teams still alive in Districts

Bull City LL's oldest baseball teams are off to strong starts in the District 6 championships in Wilson.

The 11/12s have posted a 2-1 record, defeating both Wilmington and East Chatham. While BCLL suffered a close loss to Wilson on Saturday, Jess McKnight's team still has a path forward. BCLL will face Clayton on Monday night at 6 pm on Field 2 in Wilson.

The 9/10/11s defeated South Durham 4-2 on Sunday afternoon to stay alive. Cameron Harper had an outstanding effort on the mound, going all 6 innings while only allowing four hits and no walks. James Hash's team will play in SBS Stadium on Monday at 6 pm.

BCLL fans can follow along either on the iScore or Gamechanger apps. For GC, search "Bull City." For the Majors team, select "Bull City LL 11-12 All Stars Majors." For the 9/10/11sm select "Bull City 9-10-11 All Stars."
